Requirement for Solution Architect 
As a Solution Architect in Telecom BSS (Business Support Systems) responsible for designing, guiding, and validating end-to-end BSS solutions to support telecom services like billing, CRM, product catalog, order management, revenue and customer experience.  
Role Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and domain experts in arriving at end-to-end solution based on the product framework. 
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex projects across various BSS domains 
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions 
  • Define integration points and interface types across system and ensuring compliance with TM Forum standards 
  • Understand use of AI/ML which offers powerful capabilities to enhance automation, decision-making, personalization, and operational efficiency across the BSS landscape. 
  • Ensure solution and technical governance like Validate vendor solutions and ensure compliance with the overall solution architecture, conduct design walkthroughs and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation. 
  • Support subsequent phases of project providing techno functional support in system design, development, testing and rollout 
  • Support during change control, rollout and data migration support, test cases and coverage of solution by analyzing impact due to needs in the above phases 
  • Review architecture documents, interface specifications, data flow diagrams, etc. 
  • Follow best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of solutions, Perform process simulations. 
  • Support project coordination interms of support for testing, training and deployment and have good communication and decision-making skills

  • Good Telcom BSS domain knowledge, architecture, solution and system integration 
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems, risk management and mitigation 
  • Ability to persuade others while doing the decision making, Stakeholder management and strategic management 
  • Analytical thinker, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Expert level knowledge on BSSAPI & domains, API, microservices, SOA, understanding use of AI/ML
